"The shower had a leak somewhere that had caused a very small area of the adjoining wall's sheetrock and baseboard to get wet over a period of about a year. did a lot of testing but could not find the source of the leak. He did re-caulk the shower and repaired the wall and trim. So far no more leaks. Neither the kitchen nor the bathroom had any handles on the cabinet doors or drawers. Now they do. The deck was in bad shape and need cleaning and resealing. It looks very nice now and the rain just puddled up after the big storm. was very courteous and diligent. His estimate was a little lower than the final bill. I provided most of the supplies needed except for the power washer. I have an exhaust fan yet to be installed and I will have or back to do that when the attic cools off."

"the repairs were made - the deck was to be sprayed washed - it wasn't not completely spray washed because himself rushed his employee to get the rented spray washer back to home depot (his was broken). Waited a couple of days for deck to dry and then his employee came out and started waterproofing over dust and mud on the deck. I brought it to his attention and he continued to put one over the surface. It was not professional and was dripping and running down the sides and debris was stuck to the wet surface. I call and he wasn't going to come out as he had a nose bleed. He did come out - sent his guy home and he left and was to come the next day to figure out how to fix the mess. I realized the next morning that as 's worker had left the evening before that he had taken his tray of waterproofing and dumped it into my trash can. I was so disappointed in this company. I called 's office the next morning and told them not to return. The quote was for $1400 and I paid $700 down and I will tell you I don't have a clue what I received for $700. It has been less than a year and there is no waterproofing on my deck and from the "so called" spray washing the wood is splintered. I would never recommend this company to anyone."

"First of all he couldn't give me an estimate since he said he was not sure how much of the old deck he would have to take up. Took him four days -- the first two days he came by himself and then when I told him the painters were coming the next day to paint the deck he finally got some help but it still took him two additional days. Charged me 1000 for material but not sure I got 1000 worth of materials and then charged me 1500 for labor -- he claimed he was giving me a deal because he usually charged 800 a day for his men and equipment but it was only him and a hammer for two days. When I looked at the finished product it was below average with nails not flush with the wood, etc. When I called to tell him I thought the price was too high for what he did he used profanity and said I didn't know what I was talking about. "We used Certa-Pro to repaint a portion of the exterior of our house and to do some interior painting. They were very affordable and did excellent work. On the exterior, they ended up painting more than they originally bid, but didn't charge us extra. On the interior, they missed a couple of spots, but otherwise did a good job and they took care of the problem without any trouble."

"I began with 's redoing my entry and kitchen. After having creamy white painted cabinets and island since the house was built in 1991, I decided I wanted a Tuscan look, which meant painting the walls an adobe color, putting a brown glaze over the cabinets and using a green over tan crackle finish on the island. When the initial result on the cabinets was darker than I had anticipated, took the stain off and redid it to my liking. When the green crackle turned out a St. 's green (not what I wanted), figured out how to it down with a dark glaze so that it was what I had envisioned. My neighbors have commented that the 19-year-old cabinets look like new. is a master at taping off what he isn't working on so that paint doesn't end up where it shouldn't be and at cleaning up when the job is done. Next I hired him to do the exterior of the house and the deck, which needed a lot of care and attention since some of the siding had deteriorated and the painters who had done the last job had painted, but not caulked and weatherstripped. Again, did a great job, so I asked him to strip and stain the Oak railing and newel posts on the entry staircase. Another great job. I'm planning to do a master bath remodel within the next year and will certainly ask to bid on it. "

"A very positive experience. I called for an estimate and he came out the same day. He scheduled the work for 3 days later and showed up right on time. He completed the powerwashing on one day and returned the next day for staining and sealing. I would highly recommend him. Very professional and friendly. "

"The construction was outstanding. had many suggestions that we liked, and he and his helper are very skilled carpenters. They were very professional and built a deck with railings and benches to our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend them. "

"I have used before, so I called them again. came out promptly and gave me a bid. The weather caused a bit of delay, but the work was done in a timely fashion."

"I had used their services before. I was not as happy this time as the time before. I just do not think they were as professional this time. I had asked them over the phone if they could move some patio furniture and I was told that it would not be a problem and I was later told that there would be an extra charge to move the patio furniture. At that point they said they would wave the fee and it took them about five minutes to do it."
