"They were like most dealerships. They were slower than what they ought to be. The work was fine, but it took a long time, possibly three times longer than they had said it would take. The price was average. I probably will use them again in the future."

"They do okay. They do a pretty good job. They are pretty honest and we don't feel like we get railroaded when we are there. The price was fair for the tires. The wait is too long but their service is pretty good. We drop it off and then pick it up. They have been good to us. They have been generous with their time and they explain stuff."

"It was on sale and they were real good tires. My husband was happy with them. We both waited sometime there because there were a lot of people buying tires that time. We would use them again. "

"Terrible. The original quoted price was too high compared with what I found on the internet. A phone call with competitive prices dropped Discount's price by $100 - 25% off! The tires had to be ordered which took 2 days. New tires were put on the car (1st visit), but I soon noticed an unacceptable wobble in the left front tire. I took it back (2nd visit) and told them I suspected a bad tire, they just swapped the front and back tires and sent me on my way. This is an old trick to get people to live with bad tires as it is harder to feel a wobble when the tire is placed on the rear axle. I removed the suspected tire and it definitely wobbles so I took just the wheel/ tire back to Discount (3rd trip). The disputed my position, but said they would order a new tire - 2 more days. I went back to have the bad tire swapped out (4th trip). Before I went I marked the tires just to make certain I knew which was which. As I drove home I still noticed the wobble. I checked my tires when I got home and they had replaced the incorrect tire. I went back to Discount (5th trip) and they quickly rectified the situation - problem solved. Man, was that a difficult ordeal."

"When I picked up the car, THE NOISE WAS STILL THERE. I took my car to another shop and the tech found 2 bolts missing from a around the accelerator and 1 missing from the exhaust line. He replaced them for free and the noise was finally gone. He also determined that I still had my old oil sender (long story of how him and I are certain of this) So, I did not receive a new oil sender as the first shop claimed. When I went back to the first shop, they offered to put in "another" oil sender if that would prevent them loosing me as a customer, but no refund. I rejected their offer and just left. I figured since they were unable to fix the noise properly in the first place and charged me for a bunch of stuff that I probably didn't need or get, I now know that they are incompetent/dishonest so I did not want them to touch my car again. I should have inspected those old tires for myself. I took the hit and just chalked it up to a VERY expensive lesson."

"This company had extraordinary references on Angie's List, seemed like a reasonable place to start. I am very impressed. They are professional, courteous, the shop is huge and immaculate. They seem to be working from an excellent business plan, it's as if they are very self-assured and everything about my servicing supported this. There was indeed an alignment problem, but worse - 2 of the tires had separated and needed to be replaced. They recommended a discount tire service (also a good experience) for the tires. Gas mileage is much better, I feel very safe with the car. They said that Honda's don't usually need repairs until 100,000 miles so this 'major' service was relatively inexpensive (no timing belt, etc). I used to tune up and repair my cars myself, I like to think that I can tell good mechanics from bad ones, I liked this crew."

" was professional and friendly and truly did their best to be helpful to me. They were thorough and answered all of my questions then fixed the car to perfection."

"I was very satisfied with the work. I can say that because I have not had any more problems with the tire they repaired. They did a very good job and didn't charge me for the repair, which I was very happy with."

"I have used them for fifteen years and they have done larger jobs on my cars as well. They are always honest and their prices are reasonable. What I like most is that they get the work done fast."

" was very personable and helpful. I only had a short wait and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. They have excellent customer service. Everyone was personable and interested in my satisfaction."
