"They delivered the appliance to my house at the time they said they would. I had to place an order for the 
, as they didn?t have the one that I wanted. They would have hooked up the but I didn?t want them to at that time."

"I had problems with the sales staff at the store. I came one day and was told I could use a $50 off coupon in addition to the 10% sale they were running. The next day, a different sales person told me that I couldn't. Also, they no longer carried to product that I wanted, so I had to buy the next model up. However, they still had the best price (with installation), so I went with them.
I scheduled the delivery for a Saturday. They couldn't give me a specific time during the day until 8am on Saturday. However, they showed up right on time and quickly installed the dryer and hauled the old one off. They were professional, except that they scrapped the drier against an item in my garage that left a red streak on the dryer. I worked with them to get it off and we got it mostly off (I'm satisfied that it won't ever be noticed)."

"My experience with them was good. They wouldn't help with any special orders but we saved some money so it was okay. I would recommend them."

"I bought a washing machine. It didnt work when they came and installed it. They have had three people out to fix it but it still has not worked. It flooded my new house and they have not replaced the washing machine to this day. They have not honored their warranty."

"They are not reliable and their customer service representative screamed at me over the phone after their service technician came out and didn't know how to repair the TV. They don't repair their items in a timely manner and have to order items that they don't keep in stock. I won't do business with them anymore."

"Calls to the 'escalation department' and our local store on 1/14/08, 1/16/08, 1/17/08, 1/20/08, 1/21/08 and 1/22/08 have yielded nothing. insists on sending out the same incompetent subcontractor who messed it up in the first place. We initially refused this and insisted on a different installer however they claim that the only other installer in will not get involved with another companies installation. We finally agreed to have the original installer come back out on 1/19/08 - he never called or showed up. The store arranged for him to come back out on 1/22/08 between 9 and 11. He didn't show again. The case manager at the escalation department has been utterly unhelpful and actually hung up on me when I asked to speak to her superior. Faxes sent to our local store and the manager of the escalation department have gone unanswered. We have resorted to reversing the charge on our credit card and filing complaints but still don't have a working oven."

"They are a GE Distributor and they are wonderful! I am very happy with them and I am impressed with their responsiveness. When they delivered them, there was a manufactures defect with one of them and they brought the part the next day and fixed it. Originally, it was going to take 48 hours to get the appliances delivered and they called me because they came in within 24 hours and they brought them right away."

"I originally went to them because I had a problem with my vacuum. While I was waiting for them to repair it, I bought a new washer and dryer which they delivered and installed. I don't remember the price, but I was very happy. They also didn't charge me to fix the vacuum."

"Now that the appliances are all installed I am very happy. However, when I made the purchase, I wasn't told that not all were in stock. It took a while for the order to come in. The installation was very smooth, set for a convenient time. The washer had a latch problem which has already been repaired."

"These guys were ridiculous! I will not be calling them anytime soon for anything. First they delivered the wrong one and it took eleven to thirteen calls before they corrected the situation. Two weeks later they came with the right one and just left it for me to install. I won't call that again."
