He cleaned the carpets until about 7:30pm and asked if he could return in the morning to do the upholstery. I was unhappy with the upholstery so he returned to re-clean it a day later. I was still unhappy so they refunded half of my money ($65) promptly for the service. My carpets were really dirty so the cleaning made them OK but not great. I think their service would be good for normal maintenance and cleaning but not for the type of cleaning I needed. However, they were always professional and attentive to customer satisfaction."
