The Job clearly exceeded my expectations. First, because there was no charge for outstanding help with my problem. They found a provider capable of solving the problem, and took the car to them, where the problem was solved quickly for a reasonable charge. This was an experience that I find out of the ordinary.

As usual it went perfectly. High Techs work is second to none. Diagnostics performed the day the car was dropped off and repairs completed as soon as possible. I know this because I was continually updated of the progress of the work, parts being ordered, estimated delivery date, etc. Car runs great.

I took my 2004 Buick to a local dealer because it was behaving strangely. They gave me a laundry list of repairs to be made, with an estimate of over $5,000 - more than the car is worth!

The largest item was a new transmission. Based on recommendations from friends whose families have used him for years, I took it to

for a second opinion.

I hoped that he'd be able to give me a better price for the work, so I was more than pleasantly surprised when he said I didn't need a new transmission at all. The problem was with the catalytic converter, which he repaired for $950.

saved me $4,000 and did a quality job that was right the first time. He is straightforward, honest, and fair. No one wants to need transmission work, but when there's a problem it's good to know there's someone like

Very well. I have used
Atlanta Transmission Shops Provider Name Locked
many times over the years as they work mostly on BMW and Mercedes. I'm sure they do others too. The pricing is always much less than what a dealer would charge. I believe that the guys who work their used to work at BMW dealerships at one point in time and then came here. They charge you by the actual time it takes to do the work rather than a fixed amount of hours which is what dealers do.

and Will have always been straight up about any issues I have had. They will also work with me about price savings if I need additional work done. I have had many things worked on over the years with them - tune ups, new AC, struts and mounts, brakes, suspension work, power steering pump. I highly recommend them for anything you need done. Fair and honest.

They do a very good job getting my car finished by the time they say it will be done. They are very nice. Their pricing is just a little bit to high for me.

We got quick service, and the price was very low. This place does nothing but fix transmissions. Other auto repair places directed us to United for transmission work.

The automatic transmission in my wife's automobile was having trouble shifting gears on occasion. I took it to

Service for work, and they performed some tests before finding that the problem was actually in the engine. They recommended another shop to complete the job, gave me a copy of their test results so that they did not need to be performed again, and charged me nothing.

My drive shaft malfunctioned and tore up my transmission. He called around for me to find another transmission and found one 20 miles south of Atlanta. He told me if I went to pick it up he would install it free of charge because he realized the position that I was in and was trying to save me some money. I picked it up and he installed it. He only charged me $100 to seal everything up and saved me around $800.

diagnosed it as an electrical problem, listed the exact sensors that were not functioning properly, and sent me to a nearby shop that specialized in that area where it was fixed for less than $200.

I took my car to United expecting the worst. While idling, my car would come out of gear and would have trouble going from first to second gear. United inspected my car and diagnosed a transmission fluid leak. In a matter of hours, I received a call from United and learned that the repairs were very minor. United made the repairs free of charge and sent me on my way. If ever there were an opportunity to take advantage of a customer, it was my situation. United could have easily made the repairs seem more major or charged me a meaningless fee. But they performed in a prompt, reliable and honest manner.

is a gem of a small business and I'll most definitely use them in the future. It's a wonderful thing when you find a mechanic you can trust.
