is meticulous about maintaining my machine. He cleans it, oils, it adjusts tension, clears thread snags...he can do anything to get my machine" back into full working order. He is prompt, personable, and trustworthy. He is a certified Janome and Viking maintenance guy. He will repair any machine except
and if he can't fix it, he will honestly let you know. I have used his services several times and am always satisfied.

"I called and left a message. He called me the next day. I told him what kind of machine I had (which was an older Singer with metal gears). He knew exactly the" machine I had, asking if it was the tan and brown one. I said it was and he quickly told me the model series and was exactly right. I read reviews and saw he made house calls but knew his location and doubted he would want to come to Northwest Tampa. While his voice told me he was disappointed about the distance, he said he would come out. I was surprised! He came out the next day arriving when he said he would, although he had warned me that it would depend on traffic. He really knew his business. I didn't even ask him to fix the bobbin rewinder. He found the gear release was seized up and worked to get it working. I had even told him not to worry about it - that I had an external
I used. But he did it anyway. He did all this in about 30 minutes - or less. He even offered tips on using this model which is a vintage model but new to me. All I can say is WOW! I was ready to give up on the machine and sell it but when I found out what that model was selling for, I thought it would be worth fixing - and at that price it certainly was. I'm thrilled!

Sewing Machine Repair reviews in Atlanta

I can't believe this store has an "A" rating. They are sewing machine snobs, who are out to upgrade a sale as much as possible. They tried to sell me something I was not at all interested in and looked down their snooty noses at what I currently use. I am a member of a quilt group and nearly all of our members have similar opinions.

is friendly and professional. He told me about his background and training in sewing machine repair. He knew all there is to know about the Bernina 830 sewing machine. I really liked that he told me it is a great machine and to hold on to it. He had a lot of machines in his shop and is busy. In a very reasonable time he had my machine back to me in perfect condition. I would go nowhere else!

came to the house to repair a Singer sewing machine. He worked on the machine for about an hour, adjusting various mechanisms, cleaning and oiling the entire machine. The machine is now working perfectly. The $43 fee was very reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

We had an extremely odd and bad experience here. We brought our

vacuum in for a warranty repair (

told us to bring it to

, on their dime) because the stand was broken. The owner (?) flatly told us there was nothing wrong with our vacuum and that we simply didn't remember how the stand worked. Of course, he had no idea what he was talking about, but its not really worth it to argue with someone who thinks he is an expert in vacuum stands. He then tried to upsell us a "vacuum service" and replacements for the "lifetime" filters on our vacuum. Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

My wife had an issue with her Janome sewing machine not working properly. We took the machine to

and it was checked over and found to be a user error and charged us nothing. This company is known for its great sewing machine repair at a reasonable price. They also sell new machines and all accessories for sewing machines.

I called up to get directions and confirms hours of operation. Prior to contacting this provider I had contacted the manufacturer's repair service and was quoted a much higher price as well several weeks before the repair could be done. The owner answered the phone in a friendly, reassuring voice. He quoted a price and stated that the repair, cleaning, and tune-up could be done in about one hour. When I arrived, the owner did not try to sell me a more expensive item, but remarked what a good machine it was and how well it was constructed. 30 minutes later, my machine was fixed, an explanation was given as to what caused the problem. Additionally, he demonstrated how all the stitching was just as if I had a brand new machine. He said that this servicing would last for years and recommended that I only use metal bobbins.
I was very pleased, and happy that I did not have to buy a new machine that might have new technology, but made of less sturdy material. I would highly use this company again and without hesitation recommend them
