He did not try to pressure us into using his company for future supplies or services. He listened to our questions and gave us his advice, specifically about the possibility of converting our pool to a saline chlorine generator. (He said we didn't need to, everything seemed fine with how our pool is being maintained now, but my wife prefers the feel of the saline pool water, it's easier on her contacts, he said whenever we wanted to convert, he could set it up for us.)"
