It was an enjoyable experience for the owner who was out of state and her daughter who spent weekends checking in with Artisan and making decisions on behalf of the owner. Not the best way to renovate a house, but Artisan took it in stride and made the Saturday meetings without a problem."

He did not request payment until the work was done. I was so impressed with repair work, I asked him to build the shelves in our pantry. He was able to reproduce shelving from a picture I got from the internet, and to our specifications. His price quote included material and paint. I went with him to pick out the plywood and moulding. The repair work cost $1200 and the pantry was $700. Negatives - both jobs took a little longer than estimated, but he stayed until the work was done and we were satisfied. Occasionally, 1/2hr late to weekend appointments. I would recommend him to others and would use again."
