"From the moment I called, and proceeded to break down crying, they were kind, compassionate and understanding of the difficulty I was having making this decision."
gave me some reference articles to read online and after doing so, I actually called back and moved up the appointment. I am so thankful I did. My 14
schnauzer was in pain and I didnt realize just how bad it was. I wasn't aware of the signs to look for. When Dr.
arrived, she apologized for being early, which I thought was so kind of her. She asked me questions about how long I'd had my dog, what he liked to do, etc. Answering her questions calmed me a bit. She was so gentle with my
and explained everything she was about to do and what to expect. When she was finished, she carefully wrapped him in a blanket she'd brought and allowed me to carry him to her car. In het backseat, she had a nice little basket for me to place him in. Before I did so, she asked if I wanted more time alone with him. She was so caring and compassionate and told me I was doing the best thing for him. I can't explain how much I needed to hear that. A few days later I received a handwritten card from Dr.
where she referenced many of the things I'd told her that day. It was such a sweet gesture. I would not hesitate to use them again. They made a horribly difficult situation a little easier.

Pet Cremating reviews in Atlanta

I can not say enough good things about this group of ladies. They are the only place in town that you can have individualized cremation done for your pets. Other places that offer this service do multiple animals at one time and you'll never really know if the remains are just your pets. They have a wonderful storefront, the place is so clean you could literally eat off the floor. You can pick out your urn and take your time to make some difficult decisions. If you decide you don't want to use something of theirs, they don't put any pressure on you and you'll still get your remains back in a beautiful box. One of the owners is a vet so they can come to your home to perform any medical procedures needed to help you pet pass on, and then take them back to the office for cremation. You get your remains the next day, unlike other offices where you can wait up to 2 weeks. They welcome tours at the facility just to help everyone feel at ease with their service. I highly recommend them.

We received the remains back in a few days in a beautiful wooden urn with a nameplate. I am sure this is a service for which they are under contract with MedVet, however it was all professionally prepared. We also received an ID card authenticating the remains! I would recommend Pet Cremations services though I hope I won't need them anytime soon!

They’re excellent. Their prices are reasonable and their after-hour emergency care is reasonable. They’re prompt and courteous. They have 6-7 vets there, and they do house/ranch calls too. I typically wait 15-20 minutes to be seen when I arrive; a typical wait on a busy day would be 30-40 minutes. we've never been with any other vet that we've been happier with.

We had a compassionate veterinarian Dr.
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
(our angel) remove the pain from our baby boy Chaz she shared our pain and gave our Chaz comfort no more pain. We then took our baby to

where
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
took us to a warm comforting room to place out little boy. We were able to stay with him until we were ready to go. She took care of him with compassion and felt our pain. We picked up Chaz's remains the next day. He was in a beautiful box, she had put some of his hair in a little heart box and a lovely paw print in plaster with a ribbon attached. Now Chaz is in heaven playing with his brothers and sisters waiting for us to join them.

Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
promises "same day" and "24 hour" service on their website in addition to "full-time funeral directors". There is no mention of 'regular business hours' on their website. My Chihuahua, Tinkerbell, passed away on Friday (1/2/2015) at the UGA emergency vet. I agreed to have
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
take care of the cremation process based on the high recommendation from the veterinarian. The doctor said I would receive a phone call from the company "soon". I waited all day Saturday and Sunday on that phone call. When 9:00 pm Sunday arrived, I was distraught and disgusted by the company's apparent lack of respect for my loss. I called the number provided on the website and was received by an answering service. This was the same answering service that a message was left with on Friday night. The answering service was unable to provide specific information concerning Tinkerbell. I requested the advertised "full-time funeral director" call me back so I could figure out where my pet was. I received a call back from Jullian. Jullian first told me she didn't know where Tinkerbell was, in addition to not having any record of her existence. Later in the conversation, Jullian said Tinkerbell was "probably at UGA still". At the end of our conversation, Jullian admitted Tinkerbell was at UGA. When asked how she suddenly acquired this new knowledge, Jullian said they didn't pick up pets on the weekends. I mentioned the website and the statements about 24-hour service. Jullian became very rude, argumentative, and arrogant. She said their company has "regular business hours". She told me that I was being outrageous for asking for anything more from the company. I told her I only wanted a phone call. She said I would receive one next week. She also claimed that I "inconveniencing" her when I made her pull her car over to the roadside to speak to me. We ended the conversation with me requesting a phone call from Jullian's boss. I waited on the second phone call for about an hour. In the interim, I contacted UGA and requested a different company pick Tinkerbell up. I never received a call from
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
, so I called Jullian back. She was again argumentative and cold. I cancelled her services. The level of service I received from
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
was deplorable. I expected a phone call at least by Saturday and never heard anything. I expected a kind, respectful, caring funeral director, but spoke to Jullian instead. I can't believe this company is recommended by
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
. Apparently
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
hasn't gone through the heart wrenching experience I went through after losing my loved one. I truly believe this company is misleading its customers with false advertising and terrible service.

Dr
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
took the time to first introduced himself to our other non sick dog outside. So everyone would be comfortable.
He then came back to the master bath where Scout hung out and always felt comfortable and assessed him. Determined he was not doing well. And we all decided it was time to put him down. Did not rush us. Explained the process ahead of time. He took the time to make Scout comfortable with him. He put a pad under him in case he let go of his excrement when he passed. He shaved part of his leg to put a catheter in to administer the drugs. Two drugs. One to make him sleep. Then the next one put him down. Was all so comforting to be in our own home. At our own pace. In private. Death with dignity. Dr.
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
then asked if we wanted a lock of his hair. Shaved off a little bit for us.
Carried him to his car wrapped in a blanket. Let our other dog

in his car. He smelled that Scout was gone. Was helpful that he didnt keep looking for him.
We had him cremated. Dr.
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
broght him back in a nice carved wooden box. I had a beautiful urn made for Scout. Also brought the the paperwork. Plus his paw print keep sake that he took of him after he died.
I've had two other dogs pass before Scout. One was also euthanised. This was by far the best experience at this very difficult time.
Very grateful.

Was very nice. Came to get her after hours searched for urn I wanted at good price. But took weeks to return her. I started to wonder if I was even actually getting my dog back. It really upset me. Same happened with another animal later

The entire process was carefully planned and comforting to us. We were referred by a veterinarian who assured us that owners, Skip and
Atlanta Pet Memorials Provider Name Locked
, are really good people. True, they are, but they are also caring and experienced professionals. They answered our call immediately, addressed all our questions, met with us at our appointment time, and allowed us be with our kitty as long as we wanted. Their facilities are spotless, private and quiet. We will always be grateful.
