They got back to me promptly with a website link to fill out to sign up for services, then matched me with a sitter in my area. She came by that weekend to meet my cat. "Not great. We met in advance to show her the house and go over the instructions. After we left, I got two calls on the first day - the first call asking if she should start today (yes #&%$!). Second call was because she had forgotten the alarm code (I could hear the alarm blaring in the background). When we got home, the mail was piled in the kitchen in front of the window - great for theives - and I had requested verbally and in writing that the mail be placed in the office where it could not be seen. The cats seemed fine which is the rationale for the fair rating, but I will not use this service again."
