"Everything was done to perfection and the person that came was awesome! I checked many companies, before I hired this company and so glad they did my job! I would definitely recommend them and use them again....

"I have purchased one of their personal shred boxes for $15.00 to fill vs having to shred my documents a couple at a time. I was quite pleased with the size of the box and the ease" of purchasing it. I have just about filled the box and will update my review once I have returned it for shredding. I will be purchasing another box at that time.

"They did an extremely professional job. The owner came and inspected the rooms and gave me a quote along with copies of his insurance etc. documents. Very professional. The owner" arrived with his crew the day of, on time. Once the work was underway, the owner left, but the crew did a superb job. My only complaint is that they cleaned their brushes in the bathroom sinks leaving a minor mess from splatters that they missed when cleaning up. However, when I pointed this out the owner apologized offering to clean it up..

Paper Shredding reviews in Atlanta

Someone picked up right away when I called, we made an appointment for the next day. The person explained that it's cheaper if they come to a business address, for insurance reasons apparently, so I had them come to where I work. The driver came in the time window they said they would, and the driver called, as I asked, right before he got close so that I could meet him in the parking lot. The driver was courteous and quick. I was able to pay with my credit card directly to the driver. I would definitely recommend this service, though I have not comparison shopped enough to know whether $60 is a good deal--it was well worth it for me to unburden myself of all these old papers.

If you have any shredding needs, don't hesitate to call this company first. As a matter of fact, make it the only company you contact. They are truly the best of the best. I expected outstanding performance based on all the great Angie's reviews, but they even surpassed my expectations. From the moment I contacted them it was an exceptionally good experience. The rep who answered the phone was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough in explaining how things would work, and wanted to make certain all my questions had been answered. Scheduling of the truck to come by the house was

and prompt - scheduled for the following day. As promised I was called 30 minutes before the truck was to arrive and upon its arrival I was again surprised at the promptness, courtesy, and level of professionalism of the technician conducting the shredding service. The tech performed the shredding with precision and at the cost promised when I scheduled the service. No surprises other than how unbelievably prompt, courteous, attentive to detail and consistently concerned that the customer was completely satisfied every rep was; whether it was their office staff or their staff who actually performed the shredding service. Very refreshing to find a company such as this that places such a high focus on customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of shredding services.

Called morning of the appointment day and told me that another customer had more boxes to shred than originally anticipated, so they had to cancel my appointment. They did offer to reschedule and a discount. Because I had all of the boxes stacked at my front door and ready to go, that was not an option for me. The representative sounded apologetic, but that did not help me with boxes of paper that I had spent all morning working to put together for them. Because my schedule is difficult and I had planned it for a vacation day, this was very distressing to me. Now I have to drive the documents to Alpharetta to get them out of my front hall!
