is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things landscaping. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, as was his crew. It was so comforting to have the same full-time crew at our house daily--no wondering Who will show up today? Will they speak English? Do they seem scary? Not this crew. They were consistent, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. Not to mention that they were a pleasure to deal with and were always friendly to me when I'd be out there working with them on the garden layout. I can admit that I am a picky person, and that doesn't always wear well on workers who want to go about their own business. Not this crew. They were receptive to every suggestion I made. They were honest enough to tell me when a suggestion I had was not workable, and they were just as quick to accept a suggestion I had made and implement it without grumbling or making me feel uncomfortable. They were truly a joy to work with - and I'm not sure I have ever made such a statement about ANY other workers I've ever hired. This was a big job, and we needed it done right. We knew we needed to hire the kind of company who could do it right and back up their work.

Landscaping is that company. They don't cut corners, they don't bill you for items or services they didn't deliver, and they work until they get the job right. They even warranty their work, which shows how deeply they care about their clients and the work they do. We'll hire them again when we're ready to tackle our next outdoor project!"

"First, it was a bit difficult to schedule this. Had to wait quite a while before anyone would come out. Then the installer came out but did not check to make sure the heads were covering all the sod. Also, we had a leak in the system and he told us that it was fixed. When he left we found that we still had the leak. We called and made another appointment. ...more We had to wait again although we had expensive new landscaping in the summer heat with a semi-operative irrigation system. A second serviceman came out and found that the leak was not fixed and then claimed that the landscapers had broken all of the lines. He repaired everything and left. The leak was fixed but we found that the heads were still not covering all of the areas that needs irrigation. The landscaper called and made plans with the service man to come out and finish the repairs but he did not show up or call. He finally arrived the next day without explanation. We are still battling them. We did pay them anyway and still received finance charges. The landscaper will pay his part when the owner (who he knows) calls him back. He still had not returned this call although the landscaper claims he has left numerous messages. We are receiving finance charges plus we still have one area that is not covered."
