Omid and Navid took excellent care of us from beginning to end. They were extremely responsive and customer-focused. "Overall, this was a wonderful experience, especially given my previous one. Previously I had allowed a former contractor to drag out their work to unspeakable lengths. They managed to drag it out long enough that when they left town, they had not finished the work and worse, had left multiple parts of the project in varying degrees of completeness.
One of my bigger worries was finding someone willing to essentially clean up someone else's mess without having to start over on things that I had already paid for. After requesting quotes from 10+ contractors, my fears were realized when only a few were willing to respond and give me quotes. PRS, by the way, was out to give me a quote within a day or two. Their quote also seemed reasonable, around what I was expecting, and was about half of the closest other quote I received for the exact same work.
It did take PRS a couple of weeks to work me into their schedule, but I was assured that was simply so that they could insure they could show up, do their work, and get out without dragging things out. Almost to my amazement, that is *exactly* what happened. They showed up during the day when they told me they were going to and all-in-all - including having to order things for the door that I threw at them at the last minute - they were done in less than a week.
Aside from having all of the work finished on schedule and completely to my satisfaction, everyone from PRS that I interacted with was very friendly, open to what I wanted, and then also thorough in explaining why some crackpot thought I had maybe wasn't so great."

"Went flawlessly from start to finish, what I really appreciated was the communication and follow up after the original visit to my home. Made it a very process, the crew did a fantastic job in removing a large tree without damaging nearby landscaping. Work was done on time, and cleanup was very thorough."

"They come out to our house periodically and we started using their services about a year ago. We are on a yearly contract with them. They are dependable, cost efficient and are good. They always leave us a note when they come explaining what they did. They are very conscientious too. "

"We called and got someone to come out and get an estimate. He walked the yard and spoke with my wife, who told him everything we wanted. Based on a set of informed questions he asked, we decided on a type of grass and how to do some areas we weren't sure about, including a drainage wall that made sense once he mentioned it. He gave us a quote that day, including all materials and labor. One week later they came out, as scheduled and on time, and did all the work in about 3/4 of a day. The work was great, exactly as promised, and the price charged matched the quote we were given exactly.

"From start to finish, Landscaping was nothing but professional. When we were bidding out the job, we were initially impressed by how incredibly thorough and detailed the estimate was that gave us. We felt that we were really on the same page with - that they fully understood the job we were looking to have done, and that they wanted us to understand all the steps in the process. Despite the fact that their estimate came in high among the 5 companies we interviewed, we decided to go with them, based on reputation and our own gut feeling. We are so glad that we did! We were thrilled to have himself on our site daily. is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things landscaping. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, as was his crew. It was so comforting to have the same full-time crew at our house daily--no wondering Who will show up today? Will they speak English? Do they seem scary? Not this crew. They were consistent, friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. Not to mention that they were a pleasure to deal with and were always friendly to me when I'd be out there working with them on the garden layout. I can admit that I am a picky person, and that doesn't always wear well on workers who want to go about their own business. Not this crew. They were receptive to every suggestion I made. They were honest enough to tell me when a suggestion I had was not workable, and they were just as quick to accept a suggestion I had made and implement it without grumbling or making me feel uncomfortable. They were truly a joy to work with - and I'm not sure I have ever made such a statement about ANY other workers I've ever hired. This was a big job, and we needed it done right. We knew we needed to hire the kind of company who could do it right and back up their work. Landscaping is that company. They don't cut corners, they don't bill you for items or services they didn't deliver, and they work until they get the job right. They even warranty their work, which shows how deeply they care about their clients and the work they do. We'll hire them again when we're ready to tackle our next outdoor project!"

" responded to my call the same day. He was very clear on what he would do and when he would be there. If anything changed there was a phone message or call before I could even worry about it. The work was completed in a very professional manner and everything was totally cleaned up and restored as if the tree were never there. Initially, I was not explicit on exactly how much of the tree should be removed on our property vs. neighbor's. When we discussed it via phone he didn't even question it and even though he was done with the job, he came back the very same day to cut and remove the little extra lumber. Since I hadn't worked with him before, I kept expecting glitches and there were absolutely none. Highly recommended!"
