While I now have more channels than I did with Comcast, the on demand portion of the cable package doesn't have too many past seasons of my favorite shows. I have also noticed a delay of several days between the shows original air date and when it becomes available for on demand use. The DVR feature through Uverse will give you a lot more storage than what is provided through Comcast. My internet through Uverse is a lot slower than what I had through Comcast and that's with a larger internet package. If you do a lot of online gaming, or watch online videos, than I would recommend Comcast for the internet. However, the cost and the number of TV channels through Uverse makes it a better deal for TV purposes.

My condo building is only wired for cable service (no telephone lines) and thus there is no competition amongst telecom providers.
The
internet service is pretty fast but you pay dearly for it. Unlike places like Chicago, where there is competition amongst cable companies and 75 Mbps internet is available for $50 (no contract), the prices
charges are incredibly high.
The service has been reliable and I have had no issues with customer service.

So here I am 2 1/2 weeks later without cable. Another appt. has been set up for June 11 and I am expecting the same tale of
whoa about the high signal. Whatever that is.
I just want to pay and get my cable but that is asking too much from the bureacracy of

.
And can you imagine calling a few times per week going thru the same bs questions and all they want
to do is upgrade your service and you are just begging for some basic service.
What is the little person to do?

After seven visits ... Inside man and then outside man and on and on... Finally worked! Problems setting up bill finally resolved.still a little quirky, but probably no worse than other providers. That being said, all of the folks we dealt with were extremely professional. My biggest complaint with the company is the wait time to set up appointments. And the fact that a telecommunications company can't call or email to let you know when they are coming to your house!

I got these services then had to move for work about a month later. I was asked to return the box. I went to the location to return the box and the line was out the door, filled with belligerent customers. Once I got inside I realized what the problem was: there was only ONE person working at a desk that had window spaces for at least 6 people. They had no signs to tell you where to go if you were there for something specific and nothing was done in an orderly manner. After standing in line for an hour and a half on only getting barely inside the door, I left.

When I first called
Atlanta Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
I was told that I would have to wait 4 days for the technician. The technician was supposed to come on a Thursday between 8 and 10 am . I was planning on going to work after the technician arrived. When he did not arrive by 12:00, I called
Atlanta Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
. I was told that my appointment had been moved to Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 without my consent or knowledge. When I complained, the representative told me he would escalate the matter to his superior and try to get someone out later that day. I stayed at home the entire day waiting on the call and technician to arrise. No one called me and no one came. That night, I received a robo call reminding me of my Friday appointment.
Atlanta Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
has horrible customer service so I should not have been surprised by their utter lack of courtesy and responsiveness. They truly do not care about their customers. I will be cancelling my service and recommending that all of my other friends do the same.

TV quality is visibly improved and now excellent. Internet so far is absolutely reliable and is 15-20 times faster than our previous Earthlink DSL (which had become flakey and could not be fixed even with new hardware.) The combined cost is much lower at about $100/month.
The only problem is they never strung up the new cable! After two weeks we called, and they said there was no work order. It's now almost a month, and the cable is still lying on the ground. . .

The customer service is really good. They are very responsive if we have a problem and we generally not had issues with them at all. We had them for a long time. Basically, things worked fine. I would recommend them to other people.

I have a home office and depend on internet service for my livelihood. For almost 2 years, the
Atlanta Internet Service Providers Provider Name Locked
service was excellent. Then, we had many outages for about 6 weeks. The same problem occurred about a year later. Now, it is just one outage over the last 2 months. So, maybe it is improving. When it works, the speed is phenomenal. If you need 7X24 reliability or no network delays (for non-

I was unhappy with their recent response to my problem. They didn't seem to be able to fix the problem. They were nice when I called and seemed to be very professional, but they had so much trouble fixing the problem that I was concerned. When the service is working properly I think it is great and I have enjoyed it. They give a big window of time for when they'll arrive and although they do come within that time, it still involves a lot of waiting.
