Then we got a new cleaning crew and it went down hill quickly. told me to call when I had issues, who wants to call every week. The issues were obvious, the crew must have been blind to have missed cleaning ...more the couch which is right in front of the front door. There was even a manager spot check but the manager didn't see the dirt on the bath tub or the dirt streak on my bathroom floor. My favorite was that they refused to clean the entire house because my cat had a small hairball on the floor.
