said he would have to charge for making a service call at that distance, but when I described the problem, he said I probably didn't need a professional to come out. I made an appointment anyway, but in fact it was a minor issue and I was able to get the door working again based on 's recommendation. I called him back and he just asked me to keep him in mind for the future, because it looked like I had everything under control for the moment. Terrific!"

"Service was really remarkable. At approximately, 6:45 a.m. I tried to open the garage door. It would raise about 2 feet and stop. I had used Overhead once before for service, but that was about three years ago. I sent them an e-mail at 7:00 thinking I would call them at 8:00 to set an appointment. and behold, by 7:45, I had a message back that they would come out right away. showed up at 9:50. He reviewed the situation and knew right away that it was the gear. He gave me two options, to fix the gear, or replace entire motor. I opted for the replacement. He was very professional. I was impressed by his technical knowledge and determination to get everything fixed and working well. I would definitely call them again. You just cannot get better service. I assume the price was reasonable. I even got a $10 discount for booking online. I have never had better service. "

"Overall, our experience was great. I called in the morning, and he showed up in the afternoon. He even called early to see if I was available a little bit sooner. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem and told me his thoughts. His pricing was straight-forward, and the final price matched the estimate I was given over the phone. He also did not try to up-sell anything. Eventually, both of our garage doors will need to be replaced, along with the openers, and I will definitely call to do the job."

"My garage door stopped functioning correctly and obviously needed some settings adjusted. I tried to do it myself by reading the manual, but couldn't get it to work. I called and came out the next day. He was great to work with. He inspected the door, identified a frayed cable and replaced it, lubricated all the moving parts, and then finally adjusted all the settings so the door would work correctly again. The moving parts apparently had not been lubricated in years, because when was done I was astounded at how quiet the door was. In any case, DDL is an old family company based right in , and they are outstanding to deal with."

"They were very courteous on the phone, and scheduled a time for a technician to come out to look into what could be causing our noises. The technician was very efficient, and began the work right when he showed up (on time, by the way). When he realized that our rollers were shot, he stopped to walk us through what additional costs would be incurred above the previously agreed upon price. He had all the parts he needed right there, and didn't have to make a separate service call. The whole thing was done in about an hour. I also appreciated the fact that at no point in the process did they try to "up-sell" us on anything. Well done overall..."
