responded almost immediately to my call and scheduled an appointment within 3 days of my call. He appeared on time for his appointment, understood the problem and gave me a quote. Work was done promptly and at a good price. The tile needed to be replaced and put at proper angle so the water would drain into shower instead of on to floor outside. Repeated visits were needed since tile needed to set.
After work was complete, daughter used shower and no more pooling of water on floor - problem solved.

"This is the second time I've used . He is a one man operation, so he does not have lots of advertising or staff. He answers his phone at pretty much any hour eager to work. I think he does a lot of business by word of mouth. He is a good guy and seems to work hard. It was brutally hot the day he did my deck this year, and he was out there for a good 6 or 8 hours getting everything taken care of. He moved my deck furniture and grill around to do his job. No problems. My deck always looks fantastic when he finishes with it."

"The painting went okay; acceptable job but not stellar. The pressure washing was quite a fiasco initially and they did not do a good, thorough job. made it 'right' however in that once they understood my dissatisfaction, the field manager and QA manager paid me a visit and to view the work that had been performed. The work was re-done and they went over and above what they needed to do--they hand wiped the gutters that did not come clean and touched up the deck railing with paint where that did not clean up as well. The second time around they were very good to work with and because of how they handled the problem, I would use them again. They also did not charge me for the work--so the $650 fee was waived."

"Their quote was so professional, and was so consciencious. They presented me with their certificate of liablity, which was impressive. Their customer service was fantastic! , in the office, always stayed in touch with me and wanted to make sure everything was going correctly. was the lead on the paint job, and they did such a fabulous job! They cleaned up every day- it was always spotless! They were very accomidating, and I would strongly recommend them! I have a big house that is very high off of the ground. Their quote was the most reasonable of all the ones I got."

"We found some damage to the stairs after the treads were removed. He suggested an inexpensive way to repair it, adding 2 x 6 supports, which worked well. He is punctual, hardworking, honest and did a good job. We would definitely use him again."

"Mr. runs a quality company. He was quick to provide an estimate and very attentive to our questions and requests. His crew arrived promptly, worked long hours, kept the work area free of paint on trees/bushes/sidewalk, and worked very quietly. Mr. did a wonderful job matching the paint and stain to the existing colors of the house as well. There are four condo owners of this house and everyone is very pleased with their work. I highly recommend using this company for painting projects (exterior or interior)."
