"I bought the skylight and he installed each one of them for $160. He did an excellent job. He was prompt and very friendly. When he installed it, his wife had had a baby, it was their first child and he was still able to come though it was 3 or 4 days after the baby was born. He had come in and installed some internals too. I know that he had his mother-in-law there, but still... He was so happy with the baby. He was really personable and he knows what he is doing. "
"Amazing!!! A little nervous about all this renovation in the beginning but I met with keep the surroundings as clean as possible. The job finished on schedule with long hours in between. They left the job as when they arrived, in pristine condition! Very impressed with this company and the price for this hard work was reasonable!. Nice to have found a company you can count on!!! Townhouse like brand new!!! Highly recommend this company to anyone that's looking for professional quality work!"

Atlanta General Contractors Reviews
"It started out well - I didn't hear from him for almost 3 weeks as he did not respond to my emails. When I finally contacted him through his office he explained that he had been sick for an extended period of time and that is why I didn't hear from him. (Could someone in the office not have read his emails and given me a heads-up if that was the case?) He said I should expect a quote in the next few days. Instead of a quote I got an email saying he had just gotten a couple of 'big jobs' and didn't have time for my job. After further probing I got what his quote would have been ($$$ - he said that he wouldn't be the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I have to believe he is closer to expensive) and a recommendation of another company that might be able to fit in my 'small' job. From reading other reviews my expectations were definitely higher than what actually occurred. Oh well."
"My total roof was replaced. I live in 80+ year old home. The house had 4 layers of old shingles that had to be removed and wood that had deteriorated. The wood was replaced, the roof done, and soffit vents were added as well. Professional job done in 2 days (rain came during the later half of the first day, but the workers worked as long as they could). The site was totally cleaned after the job was done (was pretty much the way it was before they started working). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again."
"Horrible. The story is much more detailed than below but don't want to waste time, just warn others. Warranty and promises are worthless. Great deal of scope creep, add-ons, and do-overs. In some cases, work not permitted. Unqualified sub-contractors in many cases without tools of the trade. Later in project, many major jobs outside of painting had to be redone. Signed contract for do-overs not honored. Firm owner disappears when project has problems. Total cost of project very high. Quality very low on most projects. References were based on smaller jobs. Worst part is that signed contracts promises do-overs were not honored. Contractor walked away with money leaving sub-contractors and client waiting for payment or redo--neither of which happened. Initial painting, tile work, electrical, roof, and gutters was done well so client gained confidence to move to other work--renovating and repointing existing stone patio, building a new stairway from existing patio to a new lower patio, repaving driveway, building stone walls for patio and a new driveway gate. But, started to notice discrepancies in "
"I called and explained what I needed, which was basically to fix the shoddy work of another handyman. He asked me a number of questions about the type of door, lighting, etc. and he was very patient in answering my questions. Before he even came out to do the work, he told me: what supplies he would need; what time he would be there to start; an estimate of the amount of time it would take to finish. Basically, there were no surprises. I like that. Once he got there, he called to let me know he'd arrived (someone else was at the house to let him in), and to just briefly review what we'd agreed on. Again, I like that. Later in the day, I called the cable company about something unrelated, and they said I could get an electrician to fix the problem. Since he was there, I asked him if he could do it. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to do it, but honest about the fact that what I was asking for was not something he normally did (not that he couldn't, just that he didn't normally do it). He seemed to be really sensitive to the fact that I'd just gotten burned by someone who overpromised and underdelivered. I really appreciated that too. It ended up taking longer than he originally estimated for him to finish the work, but that was okay because before he came, we discussed how we would proceed if the estimate needed to be adjusted. So even though the final cost was higher, it wasn't a surprise because he called me as soon as he realized that it would take longer, and let me know. Plus, in all fairness, the first estimate was sight unseen and based only on my description. Before he left, he called me to let me know he was leaving, and to explain everything he'd done, and everything that I would see when I got home. He did this even though my mother was there in the house. I really appreciated this as well. Sometimes contractors forget who actually hired them, and they give progress reports, etc. to the person they see rather than the person who is paying them. He made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way which was great."
"Very, very good. Workmen showed up on time, very courteous, knew exactly what to do, kept the job site clean, communicated well during the job. Work was better than I could have hoped, all boards were primed on fours sides, insulation installed, sealed up very well."
