"I was very happy until I began to have problems covered under warranty, as confirmed by
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
. At the end of my driveway,
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
tore up part of the asphalt street. They patched the asphalt but it did not hold up. It took MANY telephone calls but the job was not repaired for over 6 months. It has not held up and I dread starting the process again to have them repair it. It was not really the amount of time it took for the repairs to be made -- what was so frustrating was that the office contact,
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
, stopped answering my phone calls; I was always transferred over to her voicemail. And, of course, she stopped returning my calls. Finally one day after I left ANOTHER message for her, I immediately called Ms.
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
using a friend's telephone and she answered the phone -- so I was quite convinced that she was avoiding me. Also, shortly after the driveway and sidewalk were done, the on-site project manager,
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
, stopped by my house. He took note of several insignificant items that were to be corrected but no one ever contacted me about them and I never complained about this. I have recommended
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
to neighbors and
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
was given a job by two neighbors with adjoining driveways. The job cost roughly $25,000. They have had issues and, to my knowledge, have not gotten satisfactory answers or correction of their problems. No, I cannot use
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
again, despite the fact that they did a very good job initially. Their customer service stinks and the warranty is barely worth the paper it is written on. Not to mention that I so regret having recommended them to anyone.

"Mr.
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
gave me the best price for the work to be done compared to two other estimates. He was on site with the staff throughout the whole process. He and the staff were very prompt and professional. The old driveway was removed and the concrete was taken to be recycled for future use. The new driveway and patio are just what I wanted. He included a 5 year warranty which gives me peace of mind. Two of my neighbors liked his work and had him replace their driveways as well.

"Absolutely horrible.
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
managed to disturb the job site cost me money, did not do plumbing to code and failed inspections. He's a liar and a thief. He actually stole tools from the job site, admitted to it and never returned nearly $500 worth of tools. Do not do business with this guy, you'll be sorry

"Perfect. Everything was to the exact specs that Bill
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
himself had provided after coming out and giving me an estimate and explaining what he recommended and why. His crew paid attention to detail and put down an attractive, functional sidewalk-sized walkway with a nice, easy curve. They leveled the ground before pouring the concrete, and Bill explained that if there were any cracks, any problems whatsoever in the coming months, to call an they would come back out and fix or redo anything.

"I really can't say enough about how impressed I was with Bill
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
. I called him and two others I got from Angie's List, and Bill was the first one to respond and gave the lowest estimate. Once I decided to go with him, he walked me through the permitting process. Since I'm in the city of Atlanta, it was a bit of a hassle, but Bill and his expediter handled the entire process efficiently and professionally. He gave me frequent updates, which I appreciated. Once the permits were issued, I had an issue that forced me to postpone the job for a little while. Bill was great and worked with me and my schedule until I was ready to go. Once we could move forward, Bill scheduled the job within a week, showed up early, and he and his crew got to work right away. It was a two-day job, and Bill explained everything to me before they got going and personally supervised the entire job. The estimate was bang-on, and the job was completed on time. Like I said, I can't recommend him highly enough! 100% satisfied. How often can you say that these days?

"All of my interactions with
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
Brown, the owner, were very professional and inspired confidence. He did a great job of calling me back when needed and coordinating for the estimate and then signing the contract. Once we'd agreed on the work and price, he kept me informed of the schedule. We ran into a bit of delay due to weather and he called to let me know as this was happening. Overall I'm very pleased with the result, the price, and the process.

and his team did an excellent job. He supplied a fair estimate with multiple references in order for me to sufficiently assess the work. Unlike some of the larger companies,
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
made the time to get out to my house within a few days (not the 5 week wait for the larger companies) to assess the work effort and supply me with various options. He stuck to the agreed to time table, and his team were extremely professional. Overall, I was very pleased with the results and I would definitley recommend him. Lastly, having done quite a bit of work on a few homes over the years it was nice to see a job he performed ~5 years ago and the client was still satisfied and willing to be a reference. Nice job

"A&P Design was there for us to prepare our house for re-sale. Amnon and his crew were there to make our house and yard look pristine. Their tasks seemed numerous and included:
Landscaping: Sodding, Seeding, Sprinkler System, Planting, Power washing and other Yard related tasks.
Exterior Painting: Porch, All Exterior Trim, Deck Sanding and Sealing
Construction: Built a new set of stairs off the back deck.
Interior Painting: Painted walls and trim, Touch-up all areas from moving and Art / Picture removal.
Other: Tightened up all Cabinet hinges.
There were so many things that A&P did for us it seems impossible to enumerate them all. But our successful sale is greatly due to their genuine care and desire to DO-IT-RIGHT.
II would recommend them on-line, on the phone and in person. In fact I left their contact information for the new owners of our house.

"The project was a great success, despite several unexpected issues that arose. The crew had allotted two days for the project. However, due to the size of the sink hole (it wound up being one of the largest and deepest the crew had ever seen), the crew worked solid for three and a half days to complete the job. There was significant water at the bottom of the hole, and this slowed down the process. 25-30 tree trunks were buried within the hole and had to be removed. More gravel and concrete than expected was needed to fill in the base of the hole, and more dirt/mud than expected had to be hauled away. The crew had to spend significant time repairing portions of the irrigation system that had to be removed to permit repair of the sink hole. Throughout the process, Navid (the owner) was very fair, and he maintained an open line of communication. Initially, he met with us to examine the property and to discuss the scope of the project. We agreed to a base estimate. However, as outlined above, there were a variety of unexpected costs. For all of these unexpected costs, Navid worked with us to agree on an amount that was fair to us and his company. He came to check on the progress of the job every day, and he also did a final walk-through with us to ensure we were satisfied. The crew was always on time, and they worked very hard every day they were here."

"Our problem
With all the recent heavy rain, we were getting some water (something a few towels could pick up) in our basement with increasing frequency. Additionally, we were getting moisture on walls in our basement where there had not been moisture before. Water had not been identified as an issue in the home inspection we had conducted when we purchased the house a bit more than 2 years ago.

One section of the basement has a
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
interior system (galvanized channel system with plastic cardboard like sheeting) which was failing as evidenced by the water passing over and rusting the galvanized channel, installed by the previous owners.

We are in the process of renovating parts of our home and feel getting the basement dry is a good first step.

Proposal
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
came to our house, listened to our thoughts, and reviewed our basement. He prepared a proposal before he left ( May 2013).

We had most of the other waterproofers give us proposals also. For example, we had used B-Dry (interior system) in our rubble-stone basement in Druid Hills and had been very happy with their work. As former Civil Engineering design engineers (and P.E.'s) we could not get comfortable with interior system recommendations of all the other contractors for the concrete block at this house. We believe the water should be intercepted before entering the concrete block- not use the concrete block as a convenience for sub-surface water.

Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
not only recommended the external system solution, his pricing for the external system was just a bit above the internal system estimates of the other contractors. The other contractors were not even willing to take the time to estimate the external system, typically saying "that will be more than 2 times more than the interior system".

One point of clarity on scope of services
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
made clear to us... he is not a landscaper. You will need to make separate plans for landscaping after
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
finishes, as the process requires removal of all the dirt for a distance away from the house.

Once we settled on
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
as our preferred contractor, we checked references, which is a bit difficult to do these days as few people answer their phone.
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
was great in getting other names to us in our area and we also received a glowing recommendation from a happy customer with a very complex commercial project
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
had successfully completed for him.

Execution
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
and his crew were great to work with. Once we gave him an initial deposit and said go, they started when they said and finished in about 3 weeks- on schedule.

We were most happy with the responsiveness to our thoughts, concerns and issues. For example, during construction and before the system was in place, an unexpected rainshower popped up in the evening and we ended up with some water in the basement. We called
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
who sent a fellow in to clean- until we said it was good.
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
spent the entire day at our
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
-and-call cleaning- it was cleanest the basement has ever been!

They are experienced. We were constantly remarking at the
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
crew's experience and tricks-of-the-trade. For example, they placed support under the entering utilities to ensure structural support during backfill. Other experience-based areas we observed and impressed us included the "lock-in" foundation wall they poured around the porch (which only had a partial foundation) and the great detail of matching the pattern in our brick walkway (a section of which had to be removed during excavation to get to the foundation).

Project Wrap-up
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
scheduled a final review and walk-around a few weeks after project completion. This gave us time to notice the little things like cleaning up a few rocks which popped up after it rained.

Our basement continues to dry out. We have not had a bit of water, much less moisture, in our basement since
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
finished their work.

We recommend
Atlanta Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
for the external residential basement waterproofing without qualification. Because we had such a good experience, we plan on using them on parts of our renovation project currently in detailed design stage (designer and architect).
