"I had seen Atlanta Technical Resources in Angie's List Magazine and decided to give them a call instead of bringing the other company back in for the repair. Their service was a total 180 degree difference from what I had experienced with this other company. was professional, knowledgable, courteous, and personable. He explained everything he was doing and made sure all my questions were answered. He also indicated to me what the other company's technician who had worked on my computer, had apparently done for my computer to still have problems. Unlike the previous company's technician I had dealt with, this was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend ATR to anyone for their computer repair needs. And, the service performed was at a reasonable cost, unlike the previous company. I would use Atlanta Technical Resources again with out hestitation. "

"I'm submitting this report on my now working computer. was able to retrieve nearly everything; once he brought back the computer he used my external hard drive and security suite to find everything else. He was a pleasure to work with, and spent many hours trying to find every last file on my computer. I've already recommended him to a friend."

"I liked their forward customer service. They had a great spirit. The individual that was supposed to come to my home never showed up and I had to call. Shortly after I called they did come, but I do not feel I should have had to call them. They were able to do almost everything that I needed done."

"He did an excellent job. I called him at the last minute, and he arrived within my time constraints to do the job (over the Christmas holiday). He was prompt, courteous, patient, and thorough. Since last year, I've called him from time to time with computer questions or problems and he has patiently walked me through solving them over the phone (at no charge). When it came time this year to upgrade my memory on my computers, rather than come in and charge a fee, he referred me to websites to get the correct memory for my systems, walked me though how to do it myself, and made a proactive call a few days later to say he was in the neighborhood and wanted to check in to see how everything was going. What computer guy do you know that will do that? I was reluctant to write this review, as I really don't want to share this best kept secret with the masses!"
