is the owner of the company. We had used them before and we were happy with their service. So we call them whenever we need our chimney cleaned. They are very pleasant, clean and punctual. They do a really good job. They spend time afterwards to explain everything that would be done. They also pointed out some work that we should do after the winter season. "

He even told me than an annual inspection was unnecessary so long as there were no problems. My only complaint was with the price. Although I paid exactly what I was quoted, they did less work than I expected for the large amount. He was done in an hour, and that included completely cleaning out the box, replacing the ember material and resetting up the logs that I had totally messed up. My unit had absolutely no problems - no gas leak, no other issues, etc. so the inspection really only took 15 minutes. Honestly, if he had just taken his time a bit more and stretched it out to an hour and a half, I wouldn't be complaining at all! It just seemed a very steep price for such a

task but again, I paid exactly what I was quoted."
