I was very pleased with the results. The original grout job was not completed since I interrupted the work when company arrived, so the grout never looked smooth and even. I tried over 2 years to fix the grout lines but was not successful.
Grout looks great, leaving. One area did not get caulked and I questioned him at the end. Since it was next to the cabinet he suggested using clear silicone rather than the sanded caulk - but did not offer to do that even though I had the product available (it was in the garage and might have been too cold to use right away).
Biggest challenge was scheduling - I'd be told one time, then get a call or email that he was behind on another job and needed to reschedule - but that's a good sign, since the best people stay very busy. I am fortunate as I now have someone I will gladly refer my friends to for renovation work. Things ran like clockwork from start to finish. I respect his professionalism and just being very easy to work with. Put it this way, I had not one concern about leaving him the key to the house for several weeks.
There are so many people out there that provide vague quotes, or really "optimistic price" quotes.
The resulting renovations look good and work well. I wholeheartedly recommend
I rescheduled them for later the same day to finish the work. They came, installed the parts and left. That night I noticed a constant leaking of water in one of the "repaired" toilets. Called the
AND, the toilet continued to leak! I was able to get it to stop by turning over the flapper attachment clip and reattaching the flapper. Though I still, occasionally, hear that toilet's water running and was told by the
