"I purchased vinyl for my kitchen and arranged from a list of installers from the store for an installation. Two men came and installed the vinyl and it looked fine when they left. Then I noticed they had left debris under the vinyl and the edges of the vinyl were built up where the flooring went under cabinets. I called the man who I had arranged the installation with and he explained that the workers had been high and that he would come down and look at my vinyl. He came, he got out some of the debris but said he was needed at home and couldn't do any more to help me. I just chalked it up to experience, but you might want to get some references when using Pug's people. Also, the vinyl was not ready when the druggie installers went to pick it up."

"I needed good carpet at a reasonable price with professional service. They made sure the color was a match with all the other carpeting which would not be replaced."

Atlanta Carpet Installers Reviews

"We wanted to replace carpeting in our downstairs playroom with vinyl tile and stairs to the downstairs area with carpet. There was an advertisement in the mail and we responded on a Saturday afternoon. The phone was answered by and a date set for a free estimate. arrived the next day on time and his estimate was very reasonable with no added charges, just bottom line cost. We had paid for an estimate from a well known local store and they kept adding on costs to move furniture, more to move each appliance, more to move toilet and replace, more to delivery material needed and then to move it from street to house plus many other extras. I saved over $1000.00 in the added charges alone. I chose my carpet from samples he had with him. He came two additional times for my selection on the vinyl and we set a date for the installation. They were on time, brought a very experienced crew of men and worked diligently all day. Clean up was perfect and there were no interruptions to my household during the day.
I have already talked with this company about carpeting my upstairs den as soon as I choose the carpet I want installed."

" is very friendly and professional with 8-year carpet installation experiences. He explained all the details involved the carpet installation, so I could make an informed decision. carpet was installed in approx. 440 sq ft for 3 rooms and a hall way. I have learned due to the length of the carpet rolls, we have to purchase more than 440 sq ft carpet in order to cover the entire area nicely which make sense. We didn't have the base board installed prior to the carpet installation. They kept the wall very clean with no damage, unlike some other quote I got from the local hardware store that requires us to install the base board first, so they can ban onto it otherwise the drywall would be damaged. The local hardware store also expecting us to accept that dry wall might be damaged or discolored while moving rolls of carpet in and out. I guess that's what you will get when you pay only $97 installation fee.
He did a curve transition as we requested from carpet to vinyl in the front entrance which hardware store won't do curve. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the quality of the job.
gave us 1 year warranty and said he would come back to fix any issue if there's problem discovered."

"They arrived on time, gave good advice about how the work should be done, were fast in getting the work done, did it for the price agreed, and the work looks good. I couldn't be happier. I plan to use them to recarpet my house and for all my flooring needs. I highly recommend them."

"Carpet arrived. Hauled it to our vacation home only to find it was wrong size and not bound. Returned - reordered. Requested and was granted free delivery to my local home. Was not delivered - pickup desk called - said they had to orders to deliver. We picked it up. Back to vacation home whereupon rug shredded/unravelled on first vacuuming. Returned for refund. Clerks could not operate computer. Said they would call when glitch was corrected. Did not call. After two days, we made third trip to store, requested a manager, was given refund. We are slow learners. Before Angie's List, we had two special orders - one from each of the Atlanta Expos - one corrected after a delay - the other sent wrong part three times before we gave up. Had one satisfactory order. One out of three. Will not use Expo again."

"Sales associates, as usual, were professional and affable. Installers, however, were sloppy, unprofessional and disinclined toward problem solving. Their actions (throwing carpet from my windows to their truck - 30+ feet below! Along with a host of other absurdities) resulted in multiple complaints from my neighbors and the threat of fines from the Managing Agent. To their credit, management did attempt to resolve these issues. However, my overall experience with this company is negative."

"This store is just getting started and I had a good recommendation from someone. They were very nice and showed me lots of samples and let me take a lot of samples home. They came out to measure and give me an estimate. I was called about a short delay and they worked out times with me. The only problem was a flaw in the carpet itself, but they were very good about getting the manufacturer to accept a claim (I only had to be here to let him see it) and then they came back quickly to relay new carpet. It looks like a very good job. I will use them again. They have a beautiful selection and also make rugs from carpeting that look gorgeous."
