"I Took my car in on the Tuesday and was very clear that i would need the car back by the Friday lunch time As we were going out of town for the weekend and the rental does not allow you to tow or carry pets. I was told the car would be ready on Thursday afternoon. I called about 3.30pm on Thursday and was told that the car would be ready on Friday before ...more 3.00pm. At 3pm when i had not had a phone call. I called and was told that my car would not be ready till Monday. I was very upset as i was very very clear in telling all that i had dealings with that i needed the car back by Friday. I was told they could put the old bumper back on so i could collect the car and that i could bring it back the following week. So I had to pull one of the kids out of school, get my hubby to get the other 3 from school. ( he had to leave work early) Our other car only sits 4... and mine sits 8. I had to drive 23 miles in Friday evening traffic to north Atlanta to

which took over a hour. When i got there i was greated by the man that i had never meet but had always spoken to on the phone, and seemed very friendly. When i told him how upset i was... I was told " it's not my fault no one told me you needed the car"...and was very aggressive towards me in telling me this... i explained that i had told all "HIS" staff that i need the car back by Friday... Well i was so mad when i left cause of the way i was spoken too and treated that i will never go back there again and i would advise anyone not to go there... as they customer service suck......... "

"This car actually belongs to my mother, but due to health issues, she requested I be the contact with the body shop so my knowledge of this is first hand. Two days apart, dead limbs fell from trees in her yard hitting her car. The first limb hit the top of the car at the top of the back window. The limb fell toward the front ...more of the car putting multiple small dents in the top of the car and several in the hood. The second limb hit the roof of the house first, bounced off and part of it went through the windshield and into the dashboard. Her insurance company works directly with this repair facility and after reporting the damage, we were contacted within an hour by the body shop. Inside of another hour, they had a tow truck at the house to pick up the car and take it to their facility. The estimate was done and transmitted directly to the insurance company with a copy to us. They had the car for about 2 1/2 weeks which included a 3 day holiday weekend. Due to the age of the car and the damage incurred by the falling limbs, they felt it best to repaint the car because of the difficulty of matching and blending the existing paint. When I went to pick up the car I was absolutely amazed at how good the car looked, both inside and out. It literally looked like it just came off the showroom floor! The car is a 2000 Toyota Camry with less than 25,000 miles and is parked outside since she has no garage or carport. The attention to detail in both painting the car and detailing it prior to returning it to us is incredible. They truly did an amazing job on her car. It has been many years since either of us have needed the services of a body shop, but if I ever need one in the future, I will definitely use this company! "

Although they could have charged to replace both headlight and bumper, they were able to push out the and replace the headlight bulb at no expense to me. to request that he schedule a time for me to bring the SUV back to finish the work. Butch was very polite and appeared helpful and said he needed to check with the service department prior to scheduling the appointment. He did not return my call, nor did he ever take my call again.
