"The company owner came and diagnosed the trouble. He removed a filter between the pump and water tank, saying it most likely contributed to the problem. The next day he sent 2 technicians to the site. They determined how far the pump was from the bottom of the well (about 2 ft.), pulled and replaced the pump. In addition, they discussed with me possible ...more causes of my problems. We jointly decided to place a Sand Separator on the pump to help reduce sediment pick up and to raise the pump 20ft off the bottom. The work was completed professionally and efficiently. The technicians were very knowledgeable and displayed a desire to complete the job satisfactorily. After the work was done, they replaced the well cover and cleaned up all debris."
