Asheville Orthopedic Surgeons Reviews

A
"From my very first visit all the way through the procedure, I found Dr.
Asheville Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
professional, skilled, organized, and trustworthy. I was never kept waiting, found him knowledgeable on all levels, found he listened to my concerns and wishes and actually adressed them and followed through. He was modern in the fact he had a lap top with all my information ready to go, his staff was organized, and everyone on his team was the same. They all reassured me my wishes would be honored and my concerns met. Everything was followed through to the last detail. I was in the new wing at Mission Hospital with high tech equipment and wonderful staff. My surgery went easier than expected and due to his high level of accuracy and skill, my wound and recovery have been easier than I thought it would be to recover from. The follow through care with home health is closely monitored and I know I will never "slip though the cracks" with anything. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Dr.
Asheville Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
and his staff to anyone with orthopedic problems.

"Began having severe pain in left wrist. Referred to
Asheville Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
by my general practitioner. Seen by Dr.

, who took Xrays and made an appointment to the practice's neurologist. Despite a high level of pain, appointment was for approximately a month out because neurologist was on vacation. Referral to another neurologist would have been more expedient. Neurological tests showed no carpal tunnel.

On followup visit, Dr.
Asheville Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
discounted pain as likely psychological, glibly pronounced that while he didn't know what the problem was, whatever it was didn't require surgery, and made no recommendations for further diagnostic or treatment options. The practice refused to allow me to change to another of its doctors as well.

Since my visit, the practice has moved to a new facility. The facility it was in at that time, however, had apparently been left to deteriorate until the new one opened, with conditions I would liken more to a budget veterinarian's office than a medical office.

My wrist pain and other join pain continued to increase, and several months after my visits to
Asheville Orthopedic Surgeons Provider Name Locked
, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and have since been under care of a rheumatologist.

"From my first encounter with his office staff until I completed my treatment few months later I was pleased. The waiting room was a little less than optimal, but it did not inhibit my excellent treatment. I have had no problems with my wrist since seeing him for treatment."
B
"Exam went well but doctor seemed rushed, especially after x-rays. Could have spent a little more time w/explaining results and treatment. Very nice bedside manner. Easy to schedule appointment."
