"I received several lower estimates from moving companies, but no one else was willing to build custom wooden crates, and I felt it essential to have this delicate," fragile equipment safely transported in crates, not just padded blankets. So I paid three times as much as a furniture moving company to build the crates, package the equipment, and transport everything. I saw the constructed crates in his warehouse, and thought they looked solidly built. A week later, the person in Arizona who purchased my equipment informed me that only one crate had been delivered. I contacted , who gave me the names of the companies with whom he had sub-contracted-- Trucking out of Baltimore, and Dependable Highway Express in California and Arizona. I contacted them, and after they investigated, they discovered what they thought might be the contents of one of the crates, unloaded and sitting on the warehouse floor in California, no tags, no labels, no crate. They sent me photographs to ask me to identify the contents. When I positively identified them, they sent the contents to their final destination in the back of a truck, uncrated, unwrapped, unprotected. When I called back, and told him what had happened, his reply was that it wasn't his responsibility, as he had crated the equipment, and since it had arrived to the final destination, he had fulfilled his obligation to me. I told him that the reason I had used him was specifically for the crating service, and that I could have had the equipment packed and moved uncrated by a furniture moving company for much less, and that he had not delivered the equipment in its crate. He said that wasn't his fault, it was the fault of the trucking companies. I told him that he had hired those companies and therefore it was his responsibility what they did to my equipment. I had not selected them or vetted, them, he had. I asked that he refund me the difference between what I paid him and what I could have paid a moving company, but he refused. The equipment did make it to it's final destination, but that was sheer luck, and I did not pay 1 Stop Pack N Ship to maybe, possibly, with dumb luck get my equipment to Arizona; I paid them to guarantee that it arrive in perfect condition, safely secure in a crate. I will be contacting small claims court about this. It does not surprise me that they are in noncompliance with their contract with Angie's List.

"They did mailings for us and they have a pay for lead program. Basically you only pay for the leads you receive. They did 39 leads and told us that they would" charge us $80/lead, but ended up charging us $2800 for each of the three mailings. , one of the salespeople/owners, told us that he told his partners that we verbally agreed that if it wasn?t successful, we would pay the full mailing. We agreed from the beginning that we would always pay for the leads that we got, but were told we wouldn't be charged for unsuccessful mailings. We had three mailings, and they charged us full-boat for all three of them, though they only gave us 39 leads out of all of the mailings. Wells has also ruled in our favor that it was fraud, because of the misleading statements has said regarding the contract. The first and second charge I disputed I won, but the third one they sent to Visa Arbitration?however, they only sent half of the contract to Visa to confuse them into thinking that there was only one credit card being used, even though my partner and I charged each of our cards 50/50, By sending half of the contract they Visa Arbitration to believe that we already received our full refund. Both my partner?s attorney and my attorney have both submitted letters to this company, and has ignored both of those letters, and so we are moving from consumer agencies to taking legal action to get this resolved as they still refuse to refund us. They still owe me $880 and my partner $1800 to be reimbursed.

I would recommend this family owned business to anyone needing to ship, copy, fax...you name it. They are friendly and go out of their way to help you...plus I learned they have been here in the Monkey Junction area for over 12 years so they must be doing something right.

A full refund would be appropriate. will claim they didn't know about this company...But its strange 3 of the companies have the same telephone number (888-609-5207) This is one of the companies involved in this situation and I firmly believe they are all connected.

We needed to ship a valuable antique desk to a family member near Boston. After calling a few places, I spoke to at in and decided to take it into him. After seeing the desk, he explained how it would be boxed and shipped and gave me a quote. I left the desk with him.
A day ...More or two later informed us that the desk was on its way and gave me a finalized price which I thought was very fair. A week later I got a call from the family member that received the desk. They could not have been happier or more impressed on how well it was packed. They were really worried about it being shipped, and went on and on about what a good job had done.
I didn't see the final package, but knowing how picky my family member is, they must have done a great job to make him that happy! I would recommend to anyone needing their services. They were great to deal with throughout the entire process.

We shipped a large china cabinet from here to Illinois using Craters & Freighters, contact information below. The job involved moving the cabinet from the 2nd floor of our house to the C&F warehouse, crating it (including packing in Styrofoam), shipping, delivering, and uncrating and placing it in the house in Illinois. The cabinet is heavy ...More (100+ pounds) and has large areas of curved glass that are fragile and very expensive to replace. C&F did a terrific job. , our contact, was very helpful and informative, dealing with our many questions and modifications of the job easily. The guys who picked up the cabinet were very considerate and helpful, and did a superb job of getting it into the truck and securing it there. Our cousin in Illinois tells us that the piece arrived in perfect condition. All in all, this was a wonderful experience.

I needed to send and receive a FAX from MN to Iowa where my son was working. The UPS (I think his name is or ) took the time to walk me through the process, making sure the copies of documents were clear enough before sending. He was very patient in waiting for the whole process ...More to go through. I use this often because it's close to my home. Every time I've been to this location has been a positive experience. The clerks are always friendly, apologetic if there's any wait time (which there rarely is!), and they thank me for using their business. Highly recommended!

They were unprofessional, unresponsive. They did not return calls, did not t care of my issue. They didn't get back to me multiple times. Every time I called, they promised they would get back to me immediately (over 5 times). They NEVER did!!! Months later, I never received anything for the box of $300 worth of handmade ...More blankets of my son's that they lost. Nothing. And I filled out a form MONTHS ago describing their value. They didn't get back to e until I threatened to write them up on Angie's list. I gave them a date by which I would write them up if I did not get a reimbursement check from them after 6 months. Instead, they told me they needed a receipt -- 2 months after I filled out the requested form for reimbursement.
I would NEVER use them again. don't' USE them. They are unprofessional, unresponsive. They should not be in business. I would never send anything ever via them - EVER! Imagine their losing your box of precious things, taking no responsibility, not following up and making things rightl. Unbelievable. DO not USE them!
