"They came out right away. We described what we wanted and he came up with a sketch. He gave us some places we could go to look at their work. Also, they gave us some places to go to look at stone selection. They were very prompt and explained everything very well. They were the most affordable of the 3 we quoted. We chose them because they did this exclusively. The 3 men were very professional, on time, cleaned up every day, did excellent work, and were fun to be around. They gave us a very good recommendation that we remove an old concrete slab. They gave us a lot of good ideas. We were floored. Everyone from the neighborhood loves it."

"He brought plans twice, neither even closely resembled what I had asked for. The plans that worthless to me. It's as though all the discussions we had went into the void. For example, he had the fenced in area running 10' out from the front door of my house so I would have to open a gate to get into the fence area. For $609 he removed the overgrown shrubs and did the mail box plantings. I had to ask the workmen to smooth the dirt so the holes wouldn't collect rain water. I asked him to let me know when the concrete contractor was going to arrive, he later said he forgot that he said he'd notify me. The planting bed is full of chopped up grass roots and I spend time everyday digging up the growing grass. I told him how dissatisfied I was with the job so he quit and told me he won't work for me. He refuses to talk with me, negotiate nor make the planting area right. This has taken a month of my time; he hangs up on me saying I upset him. I still don't have a new front yard. Sad."
