had to come to the house twice because it was raining heavily the first day and he couldn't get into the crawl space because of standing water. The report stated repeatedly that he would check certain things when he returned, yet those items were not followed up on. Also, he overlooked a number of obvious external things as well, such as, exterior strips on the screened-in porch which needed replacing, a broken frame on the screen door leading into the garage, ductwork that had come untaped, a broken door handle on the built-in microwave, and lights that didn't operate correctly in the kitchen. He did find some important problems, but we were disappointed by the number of things missed."
