For many years now, I had wanted to restore my car's exterior. I read practically every review on every body shop in the area on Angie's List. I chose and I will honestly tell you that it was the best decision I could have made.

The manager, , clearly does his utmost to make sure that what you want done is what is completed and that the job will be done in a timely manner. The place was busy when I first visited. The phone was constantly ringing and the lot was full. People were coming in to drop off cars or pick them up. That was a very positive sign. However, made it all look seamless. His managerial skills are outstanding and his ability to relate to customers is truly commendable.
An insurance company was not in the picture but it made no difference in how I was treated. I was a customer and was prioritized highly like everyone else I had read about on Angie's List. made sure that I did not have to spend more than necessary on a rental car so he made arrangements with his team to get the work done as expeditiously as possible.
My car has been out of production for many years and the color matching could have been a tremendous challenge. and his team at went to great lengths and worked extremely hard to make sure that the paint would match perfectly from one panel to the next. Great care was exercised to keep the interior of my car clean. With any paint job, there will always be the residual smell of paint even if the work is done just on the exterior. However, I learned that had come in on a weekend night to air out my car because he remembered that my child had respiratory problems. Amazing!!!! I was beyond impressed by his thoughtfulness and consideration. Furthermore, the team went the extra mile to remove every that could be removed from my entire car not because I asked them to but because they are perfectionists and they take pride in their work, the final product and the family name.

The wait time between our call to schedule the work and the work itself was 3 days,and the repair was done in a day and a half--shorter that the time estimated. The cost was slightly lower as well.

when i arrived he asked for the keys. was on the phone. i walked out with the owner to the car to show him the second job. he told me he was too busy and could only fix the door handle. i told him i was told before i came that he would do both jobs, that i had only wanted to make one trip. he wouldn't even look to see the second job. told he he didn't do that kind of work. i said i had a written estimate from him for the job from last year, and had been told that he would do it. he said is only a secretary, not the manager of the shop. i replied that "she told me you would do it before i came in". he walked away and refused to continue any conversation.
I went into the shop, and was still on the phone. after 10 min she got up to help another customer. i describe the problem and that he had refused to do the work. she said she wasn't familar with the situation, and then ignored me. continued with the other customer and then went back to the phone. i waited another 20 minutes for her to finished her phone conversation. i explained what had happened, and asked why she told me he would do the job. she said she wasn't the manager and had thought that he could. i asked why she hadn't asked him before she told me to come. she became defensive but could not provide a reasonable explanation.
about this time the owner walks in with the keys. i told him he should talk the slogan of the cards that says "where satisfied customers send their friends" of the business card as i wasn't satisfied and they had made no attempt to satisfy me today. he said "ok 'am, we'll do that". i replied that i would call both auto shops who had referred me and tell them how poorly i had been treated here today. he said "that's fine 'am, you do that".
I checked out, repeating again that i was unhappy with the way i had been treated. they made no attempt to smooth the situation over or to apologize.”
