They have a lot of different people who come and they are all well trained. They call before they show up and they know what they are doing. The price is a little on the high side. "For the first part (tub drain cleaning), the plumber showed up exactly at the time promised, finished his work quickly, did a better job than other drain cleaners have ever done, explained what he did, cleaned up thoroughly and charged exactly what he estimated over the phone. He also took the time to do small repair on my toilet. In response to my inquiry about a new toilet, he ordered one that matched my decor, came back within two days (again, exactly on the date and time promised), installed the new toilet, charged the exact amount quoted and left the bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived. On both occasions, the plumber and his assistants were clean, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company."

I wanted to know if it was possible to replace the conventional tank with a tankless heater, and she set up a time for the owner to stop by and assess the issues. He showed up that day, went over the details (it wasn't possible because of my house layout/venting possibilities), gave me an estimate, and scheduled an appointment for the replacement.
