He was very careful to repair all nail holes before painting and did a pretty good job of cleaning up paint chips outside. He worked with my schedule to finish the work quickly. was friendly, punctual, fast and professional. He came to the office earlier than he had estimated (which was great because we wanted this conference done asap). He removed all of the wallpaper, removed the paste, fixed the walls and primed them in one day. Then he painted the conference room and even vacuumed after he was finished. He personally bought the additional primer and paint that we needed (which saved us money because he has a contractor discount) and submitted the bill with the final invoice, which was perfect. We definitely plan to use his services in the future."

"Umbrella is a service offered to senior citizens pretty much can do any type of handyman work at the cost of only $10 per hour, which saves us a lot of money. The exceptions to this are plumbing and electrical work for which a higher rate is charged. Many of the works are retired folks as well, coming from the back grounds in which they now do. It is a valuable service in our area, and more people should know about it. I cannot give you the price for all the help they have given us, but I can guarantee it is much less than you would have to pay anyone else."
