When I pointed out things, they helped us make decisions. We had talked to other companies. Their price was a little lower than the others but they ended up charging us more than we expected. He did say that depending on what they found when they dug out the foundation it might cost more."

They finished over two weeks ago and I have been unable to confirm with the company to see if they came back to seal the stairs. My phone calls have gone unreturned.
