"Absolutely awful. Installer did not arrive when promised. Closet doors would not work on the new carpet even though the salesman assured me there would be no problem and the installer did not remove and install the new padding. When I asked to see the new padding, the installer's helper told me the padding I could see was the new padding. When I complained to carpet master, they sent someone to my home with a sample of the padding I purchased and pulled up the carpet and saw that the installer did not in fact remove and install the new padding."
