This video was a bit more appropriate than the other (must do maintenance and I had not heard of the 20% rule before, but this could have been presented in text format. There really was no advantage to the video.

If I want a video of kitchen remodeling, I'll watch HGTV. From Angie's List, I want clear checklists and watch-outs in text. Period.

Anytime I look for a service provider for Fresno, CA,there is nothing listed. I feel I joined Angie's list for no good reason.
