Didn't respond to Catherine Shireman's complaint to refund her money for blinds she bought that she says are broken.

I hired Best Blinds to install wooden blinds. I'd used them three years ago and was happy. But this time, the blinds don't close, the strings jam up, and they refuse to take the blinds back and refund my money.
I'm completely unsatisfied. The owner of Best Blinds even cursed in front of my children.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want the blinds removed without damage to the window casings and my money refunded.
STATUS: Penalty Box
