Window replacement keeps member waiting
COMPLAINT: Sean Doll, Cedar Park, Texas
"I hired Fogged Window Guy in Cedar Park to replace two windows. The first windows they installed were the wrong color and they had to order the correct color. The window color was corrected on the second try. I was out of town, so my wife paid them when they were finished. When I got back in town the next day, I noticed one of the windows was cracked. I have since contacted them every week for the past three months."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the cracked window to be replaced, or to be reimbursed so I can hire another contractor."
