Window customer stuck on sticker omission
COMPLAINT: Jack Pedigo, Seattle
"Pro-Tection Seattle Inc. in Kirkland [Wash.] installed window film on five windows to prevent break-ins or broken glass from an earthquake. Every part of the work was satisfactory. The installer was good and did the work quickly and efficiently. I had this type of work done before, and stickers were installed on each window that says the glass is protected. These stickers deter thieves from trying to break in. However, no stickers were provided. I called Pro-Tection and was told the film supplier didn't send any stickers."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the warning stickers."
STATUS: Resolved
