"I hired All State Glass Solutions Inc. to replace fogged glass in my window and sliding door. We scheduled six appointments, and they showed up for two.

"They quoted a price over the phone of $285, and the technician showed up with an invoice for $324.

"The workmanship was extremely poor. The sliding door was put together incorrectly and old broken weather stripping was used on the window.

"The manager reviewed the work and insisted the door was reassembled correctly, and additional parts at an additional cost would be required to fix it.

"I asked for a refund, and he refused, saying they would come out to fix the door. However, I didn't trust him to show up and definitely not to perform the work correctly.

"I hired another company to repair the work. The technician for this company said he'd never seen such poor workmanship in a window."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $324 refund."
