"I ordered window dressings for my entire home from Blinds Plus LLC with a delivery promise of three weeks. Since this was a new home, one window needed to be modified, for which my builder corrected in a timely manner suitable for window dressings.

"However, the window dressings were never delivered. Only a partial delivery of $3,000 worth of product was made after a series of phone calls and e-mails.

"The product I received was inferior to sample products provided at the time of my order. So, I placed a new order to replace my original one.

"The new product has not been delivered. Jason Clark [owner] has offered a refund, since the reordered items were not received as promised, but I am still waiting for that refund."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "Refund the down payment of $4,465 or replace my window dressings with an acceptable product."
