Michelle Hoagland says Drake breathed new life into an upstairs that hadn't been worked on for more than 30 years.

"The closet had a hole, there were structural gaps, and the ceiling was coming down," she says. "When Drake completed the job, the entire second floor looked brand-new. Everything was repaired, refastened and painted beautifully. The crew even worked through a holiday weekend to wrap up the project."
