Mike Schneider Photography was my wedding photographer. The package I purchased included an engagement photo session, wedding photography, a photo CD, three albums, all the proofs and photo files, plus two enlargements.
My husband and I liked his pictures and his services on the day of the wedding. Our main wedding album, however, has never been delivered. It's been about two months since he said it would be done. Mike won't return my e-mails or my husband's repeated calls.
I don't understand why he's completely ignoring us after we spent $4,000 and never got the rest of our package. He still owes us our main album, our engagement picture files and the two enlargements. At this point, I'm willing to go without the enlargements if I can get my album and the picture files.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want the CD with the engagement picture files and my wedding album sent to me.
