Waterline fix allegedly damages driveway apron
COMPLAINT: Connie Weingartner, Powell, Ohio
"PPS LLC Plumbing Service/Pipeco Plumbing Columbus in Westerville [Ohio] dug up my front yard and replaced a copper waterline that had broken from the house to the street. After digging to the waterline, they had to fill the dirt back in. They said it would settle back down.
"However, they didn't clean up their mess and were not very professional. They even cracked some cement on the apron of the driveway. After three or four calls, they came back and tried to mount it up better. They said they'd come back and fix the apron, but now they won't call me back."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like them to pay for a quarter of the new apron's cost."
