"Sears [at 10202 E. Washington St.] was supposed to install a water heater. We paid them extra to solder the copper connections.
"Instead, they installed a flexible connection, which we specifically told them we did not want. It cost us $381 to get the gas line fixed. They offered us $200 as reimbursement and that's it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want an additional $181 refund."
