"I hired Lint Free LLC to clean my dryer duct. I didn't see very much lint being removed from my duct and there's been a problem with water seeping in my duct and damaging the ceiling in my basement.

"Lint Free personnel drilled a hole in my duct to let moisture escape and this created an additional problem – water leakage. I wouldn't use this company again. They shouldn't have drilled a hole in my duct – that was not a smart thing to do."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a statement in writing regarding problems caused by not following manufacturer instructions with respect to the connection of the dryer to the metal duct vent and a proposal of what they could do to fix the problem along with the charges for that work."
