Washington, D.C., handyman fails to wrap up lingering tile problem

"Up until the job was done and paid for, Luis Home Services was prompt in returning my phone calls and keeping appointments. Unfortunately, after he (Luis Camacho, the owner) left the site and I needed him to come back and address a couple of issues with his work, it was the complete opposite.
I noticed that the range was uneven and there was one tile that was a potential toe stub. To get him to fix those items I had to call him over five times before he even answered his phone. After that he set up three appointments with me and never showed up for any one of them. This company does not stand behind its work."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want him to fix the tiles that were not installed properly in the first place."
