COMPLAINT: Rosanna Cohen, Venice, Calif.
"I wanted some custom shades made for a lamp, so I went to Lamf in Los Angeles. I brought in a lamp and shade so they could match the fabric I wanted. They requested I leave my lampshade there to use for comparison. I called a few days later to find out they didn't have the fabric I wanted and they didn't have my lampshade anymore. They told me it was picked up by their fabricator by accident."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like my shade back. If they have lost it, I would like them to reimburse me."
STATUS: Resolved
