Didn't respond to June and Paul Roster's request for a refund or repairs to their refinished cabinets, which they say are peeling four years into their 30-year warranty.

NuView Design LLC used Therma-Foil to refinish our cabinets, which came with a 30-year warranty. However, four years later, the finish is now peeling, cracking and chipping off.
We have tried to contact the company, and they sent someone out once. The installation wasn't good, and they aren't honoring our warranty.
They referred us to the installer who is now disabled and not working, and the installer referred us back to the company. We have been trying to talk to the owner, but he won't return our calls.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: NuView should send someone over to see the problems and pay to have our cabinets repaired, or repay us for the bad job their installer did.
