COMPLAINT: Efrem Razumny
"I live in Santa Fe, but come to Denver to work for two weeks every three months. My van was broken into downtown, and I hired Mobile Auto Glass Service to repair the broken window, since they come to you and I couldn't leave work.
"It was winter at the time, so I didn't open the window for a month. The first time I opened it, it got caught and wouldn't work. It wasn't seated in its holder properly.
"I called Mobile Auto to come fix it the next time I was in Denver, but they said all warranty work had to be brought to the shop. There was no way I could do that. The whole purpose of hiring them was to have them come to me.
"I'm very unhappy they didn't first mount the window properly and then not come back to fix it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "The next time I'm in Denver, I'd like them to come to my location to fix my window."
