COMPLAINT: Sue and John Alden, Cicero, Ind.
"We bought our granddaughter a vehicle from Tom Wood Nissan VW Subaru in Carmel. They didn't give us a copy of the papers when we signed them. They put the papers in the glovebox when we picked the car up.
"When we received the payment book, there was an extended warranty included in the loan that we hadn't talked about. We only talked about the 12-month, 12,000-mile warranty included with the purchase.
"We talked to them and they said they would take the $1,500 warranty off the loan if we faxed them a statement that we did not want it. We did this and asked that they acknowledge it. They didn't acknowledge it and they haven't returned our calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want notification that the extended warranty has been removed from the vehicle loan."
